Trip Introduction

Tilicho Lake is the highest lake in the world in the Manang region of Nepal. Annapurna Region is divided into four regions: Lamjung, Manang, Mustang and Marshyangdi in Lamjung and Machangdi. is the lower plateau Most of the villagers are Hindu. The landscape is a subtropical valley, lush green, with most of the villagers doing terraced farming. Day 01: Travel to Kathmandu (1,300m): (-,-,evening)

Our journey begins today. A representative of Thai Nepal Travels & Treks will be waiting for you at the airport. Day 02: Besi Sahar (Besi Sahar, 830 meters) 6-7 hours: (morning, noon, evening)

We begin our journey by driving to Besi Sahar village in the early morning. Along the way, we will see the beautiful scenery of Mount Himalchuli and Mount Manangslu II. Today, we drive to Besi Sahar village in the early morning. We crossed to the west bank of the Marshyangdi River. We drove past the steep and crossed cliffs to the village of Jagat and continued down the rocky path, crossing the Machangi River again. Pass the village of Tan (Tal, 1,700 meters), which is at the bottom of the road.

 

Tan means lake in Nepali. This village is next to a large lake. Tan village is the first village of Manang District. After the village of Tan We cross the valley and climb the stone steps past the villages of Khotro and Karte villages. Continue on to the fork in the Nar-Phu Valley. From here you can see the mountains. Annapurna II  (Annapurna II, 7,937 m) We walked across the Machangi river again and reached Chame village.

Day 04: Pisang Bon (Pisang, 3,300 meters) 5-6 hours: (morning, noon, evening)

Today we continue walking to the village of Mungji (Mungji) which is a flat path. Continue on to the village of Bragha, which has the most beautiful and oldest temple in Manang.  After that is the neighboring village of Manang. We are staying in Manang.

Day 07: Settling in at Manang Village: (morning, noon , evening )

From Manang village, we walked across the river and continued south through the pine forest. to the village Kangsar Village and then we walk up towards Siri Kharka Village, passing a small monastery. During the walk up the hill, it may be tiring. But we will see the mountains, Gangang Himal and Chulu (Gungang Himal and Mt. Chulu) that are breathtakingly beautiful.

 

The route from Siri Kharka Village to Tilicho Base Camp is not very steep. We stayed overnight at Tilicho Base Camp.

Day 11: High Camp (High Camp 4600 meters) 4-5 hours: (morning, noon , evening )

Today is the walking path up to the village of Thorong Pedi. We crossed the suspension bridge and reached the village of Ledar. We kept going up. Pass through the towering cliffs before reaching the village.  Thorong Phedi, the last village before crossing the valley.  Thorong La In this journey we will be able to see impressive sights of Mount Kandang, Mount Syagang, Mount Thorong and and Mt Khatungan (Gundang, Mt. Syagang, Thorong Peak Mt. Khatungkan) We take a lunch break here. and continue walking to High Camp We stayed overnight at High Camp.

Day 12: Jomsom - Muktinath (Muktinath, 3,800 m) 7 - 8 hours crossing Thorong La Gorge (via Thorong La pass, 5,416 m): (morning, noon , evening )

A walk across the Taurong Valley, one of the highest points in the world which is our ultimate goal Today we will cross from east to west (Manang to Muktinath), the easiest and safest route. We woke up around three in the morning. and walked up the mountain It takes about 4 to 6 hours to reach the point. There will be a Chortens (Tibetan Buddhist stupa) sign and a mantra flag before reaching the village of Muktinath.

 

We had lunch and visited Muktinath Temple, the best temple for Hindu and Buddhist pilgrims. and a beautiful place There is water flowing from a stream above the temple at Muktinath Temple. We can see The panoramic view of Mount Dhaulagiri. After that, we drive to Jomsom town where we stay overnight. Jomsom Village

Day 13: Pokhara By plane: (morning,-,- )

Today we leave the village of Jomsom to Pokhara in the early morning. It takes about 30 minutes by plane to arrive in Pokhara. We spent the rest of the day exploring the beautiful city of Pokhara. We might stroll along Phewa Lake, Nepal's second largest lake. We the beauty of Fish Tail Mountain reflected in Phewa Lake. We can also take a boat ride around the lake. Or take an hour's walk to the World Peace Pagoda. In the evening we spend time shopping for local products and spending the night in Pokhara.

Day 14: Kathmandu by plane (30 minutes):  (morning,-,evening)
